Make “ready to release” concrete
Code is not delivered when it is committed. It is delivered when the right version is available to users and the team can tell whether it is working.
Continuous integration gives fast feedback. Explain the flow using vocabulary that helps viewers reason about delivery.
The same code can behave differently because the environment differs. Secrets should not be committed.
Production readiness is a risk conversation. A small release can still need a rollback plan or monitoring.
Do not scroll randomly. Start at the first failed command and explain what evidence would change your next action.
Rollback is not an admission of failure. It is a way to limit impact while the team investigates.
Pause the video. Keep the checklist short enough that a real team would use it.
This helps viewers answer interview questions about delivery even if they have not yet owned production infrastructure.
Publish your work, then continue to the next lesson.
Repeat the artifact viewers should create. Invite them to subscribe and join the future live cohort waitlist.
